  Life changingly helpful. I had terrible TMJ problems all my life until I came here. I could only open my jaw 18mm, and it was excruciating. I only ate soft foods and slept a few hours a night due to pain. An MRI showed my TMJs were dislocated on both sides. After coming for about a year, my jaw opening is about 43mm and holding, my TMJs are no longer bilaterally dislocated, and I can eat hard foods. Can't recommend enough.
